“Don't get lost in your pain know that one day your pain will become your cure” — Rumi

There are so many ways we can explore our journeys through creative expression and exploring the emotions of life. Michelle’s community workshops are designed to be bespoke. They are intergenerational and accessible—supporting people from ages 7 to 107.

Michelle has worked with a wide range of partners and communities:

  • Primary and Secondary Schools

  • Colleges and Universities

  • Community Centres and Cultural Spaces

  • Prisons,

  • Halfway houses

  • N.H.S - dementia, Alzheimer's and Mental health Patients,

  • Residential Homes – senior citizens, young people, Care leavers

  • Children with Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

These workshops are particularly effective for:

  • Wellbeing Days

  • Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

  • Team Development & Bonding Activities

  • Creative Learning Programmes

  • 121 personnel Development

Michelle’s workshops adapt beautifully to both educational and professional settings.
They nurture self-expression, resilience and emotional literacy. They strengthen communication, empathy and connection — helping teams to reflect, realign and grow together.

Every setting is different, and a tailored experience to meet the needs of the group.
At its heart, this work is always about people — and the stories that connect us.

Formed in 2019 by Michelle as part of the Orion Project, the Clear Out Your Closet Collective is a peer-led support group for individuals navigating mental ill health, often rooted in trauma and distress. The group was created to bring together those who feel isolated in their communities, offering a safe, creative, and compassionate environment.

The Collective meets regularly to talk, write, and share lived experiences. Through carefully guided exercises, members are encouraged to explore and express deep emotions—building strength, solidarity, and understanding in the process.
